Sessions may integrate evidence-based therapeutic techniques with mindfulness, archetypal astrology, and soul-centered guidance to support healing, self-awareness, and personal transformation. Whether you are navigating relationship issues, anxiety, grief, life transitions, spiritual awakening, or a search for deeper meaning and purpose, we offer a grounded and supportive environment for growth and alignment. Online appointments are available via Phone, FaceTime, or Zoom. Please Note: Payments are non-refundable. Please arrive promptly for your scheduled session, as late arrivals will still be counted toward your reserved time. If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours notice before your appointment. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.
