Practice Guidelines & Office Policies

 

Welcome to my practice.

These guidelines help ensure safe, respectful, and effective care for everyone.

Scope of Care

Sessions focus on physical, psychosomatic, spiritual and/ or energetic wellness.

Sessions are not a substitute for medical, or psychiatric care. We don't provide legal or financial advice.

If your concerns fall outside our scope, a referral will be offered to better accommodate your needs.

Session Structure

Standard session length: 50 minutes.

Sessions begin and end on time.

Early departures or late arrivals may reduce treatment time but not extend it.

Communication

Questions about your care are encouraged during the session.

Communication outside of sessions is limited to scheduling and essential information, and is only available during business hours.

Emergencies or mental health crises should be directed to 911 or appropriate professionals.

Conduct

The practitioner maintains professional and ethical boundaries at all times.

All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, unless a patient represents a danger to themselves or others, or disclosure is required by law.

Personal favors, special exceptions, or extended time beyond scheduled sessions will not be provided.

Patients are expected to treat staff and the space with respect.

Please silence your cell phone to ensure an uninterrupted session, and refrain from wearing strong fragrances, as some patients may have allergies or sensitivities.

 

Harassment, aggression, or repeated boundary violations may result in termination of care, and, if necessary, reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Payment & Scheduling

    Payment is due at the time of service.

    Cancellations require 24 hours notice.

    A time slot and exclusive space is saved for you. 

    First time late cancellations incur a 50% fee.

    Repeated late cancellations/ Missed appointments without proper notice incur a 100% fee.

 

Consent

    By booking our services, you acknowledge understanding these policies and agree to participate within these boundaries. You may withdraw consent verbally at any time, but sessions will end as scheduled.
