This helps ensure an uninterrupted experience.​

CANCELLATIONS​

There's a strict 24-hour cancellation policy in effect. You will receive a zoom link for your upcoming appointment.

If you fail to cancel your appointment on time and you don't show up for your appointment, a full session charge will apply. Payment is made upfront to ensure the time slot.

If you need to reschedule your session, please call or text 718-207-0438 ASAP. No exceptions. 

Booking a session implies an acceptance of the office terms and conditions.

PAYMENT​

Payment in full is expected to book your appointment 48 hours in advance for online sessions. 

You can pay with Zelle at 718-207-0438 (It will show as Kelly's Points LLC) 

Or to Paypal at info@virginiakelly.com to friends and family, or fees might apply.

All sessions start at the designated appointed time, not when the client arrives. 

Please be ready on time, so you can be there for your full session.
