Holistic Healing
Holistic Healing sessions are designed to support balance and well-being on the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels. Rather than addressing symptoms alone, this approach looks at the whole person and the underlying patterns that may be contributing to stress, imbalance, fatigue, emotional overwhelm, or recurring challenges.
Sessions may incorporate a combination of holistic modalities depending on your individual needs, including Reiki and other forms of Energy Healing, Vibrational Medicine with sound or light frequencies, Gem therapy, Aromatherapy, Bach flowers, Shamanism, intuitive guidance, relaxation techniques, mindfulness-based support, life coaching, etc.

- Spiritual growth and self-awareness
