This helps ensure an uninterrupted treatment experience.

Avoid wearing strong scents, as some people are allergic.

Wear comfortable clothes.

As a recommendation, patients receiving acupuncture are expected to present themselves in freshly clean conditions

as to safely trespass the barriers of the skin.

CANCELLATIONS

24-hour cancellation policy. You will receive a 24-hour reminder of your upcoming appointment.

If you are unable to cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, a full charge will apply.

PAYMENT

Payment in full is expected to book your appointment 48 hours in advance.

All sessions start at the designated appointed time, not when the patient arrives.

Please arrive on time, so you can be there for your session and designate a 45-minute to 1 hour interval for the full treatment experience.

M. Virginia Kelly Ms. L. Ac. is an Out of Network Acupuncture Provider for most Insurance PPO Plans.

As a courtesy, our Medical Biller will verify your benefits for further treatment at a minimal cost to you.
